Explain to me how weather.com can tell me that the high for today is 94 degrees while simultaneously telling me that right now it is 97 degrees and feels like 102.
So I played volleyball all day Sunday in what someone said was 94 but felt like 104. The melt down made me get second. Arrrg. Oh and friday is my 5k. I want to beat you....but I don't think I can! At least I have a goal. :)

You can do it! At least this is a night race, isn't it? I haven't had the guts to run outside for a couple of weeks now...
